In compliance with a request from the California State Department of Education, the Pollock Pines School District is providing the following information and hyperlink regarding the Williams et al. v. State of California, et al, lawsuit:

On December 10, 2004, the San Francisco County Superior Court approved the notice of settlement in Eliezer Williams, et al. v. State of California, et al. The court ordered that all K-12 California schools make information available regarding the provisions of the settlement and the process which students on whose behalf the lawsuit was filed may file objections to the settlement. In keeping with the court's order, this information is available for downloading on the California Department of Education's Web Site, http://www.cde.ca.gov/eo/ce/wc/index.asp
