Hello Everyone,

The following letter was sent home with your student on Friday, March 23, 2018.  

Please read.

No school today, Friday, March 16, 2018 due to road conditions and snow.  

Due to bad road conditions and snow, both schools will be closed today.

Pollock Pines School District will start accepting registrations for Kindergarten and Transitional Kindergarten at Pinewood School for the 2018-2019 school year on Monday, February 26th.  Students who will be 5 years on or before September 1, 2018 will be eligible to attend kindergarten.  Students who will be 5 years between September 2, 2018 and December 2, 2018 will be eligible for our Transitional Kindergarten program.  Immunization records and birth certificates are required to register students for these programs.  We always appreciate early registration as it allows the district to effectively plan for staffing.  If you have any questions don't hesitate to call the Pinewood front office @ 644-2384.  Please inform your friends and family about the start of our registration?

We will no longer have early release days on Mondays.  Starting the 2017-2018 School Year- Every WEDNESDAY will be an early release day.  Pinewood School will end at 1:00 p.m. and Sierra Ridge will end at 1:15 p.m. See District Calendar for more information.
